RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you decide you do not want certain products within 14 days of receipt of the order, you can return them to us. To do this, you must contact us via the contact form and we will further explain the return process and applicable conditions to you. Return shipments are only accepted if the original packaging and content, including the label of the product, is undamaged. The additional costs for returns are charged to the customer.
Orders received must be checked immediately for visible defects. If (visible and invisible) defects are found, you should contact us via email (email@example.com) or contact form and we will further explain the return process and the applicable conditions to you. The defective products can be returned free of charge. We request that you add a printout of the e-mail in which our Customer Service confirms the return shipment to the return package, so that everything can be correctly processed. We recommend that you keep the proof of shipment for your own records.
In case of damage or incorrectly delivered items, you can choose to have the amount of the relevant item credited or to have the product sent to you. In case of damage, we only do this if the damage is reported no later than the next working day following the day on which the delivery was made. We therefore expect you to check the delivered package for damage immediately upon receipt. Shipment of the same product is only possible if the product is in stock.
Within 30 days of receipt of your returned product or notification of damage, the money will be refunded to your account or credit card. If you chose to pay after delivery, the due amount will be updated within 5 working days.
