You will receive confirmation of your order including invoice via an automatically generated email.
After Wine Wizz has received and confirmed your order, it is no longer possible to cancel it via our Webshop. Depending on the day and time (due to delivery) you can still cancel or change your order by contacting our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible.
All orders placed Monday through Saturday BEFORE 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
We ship to a selection of European countries only. Please find the list below including shipment fees:

If you place an order via our webshop, our local partner PostNL will take care of the delivery of the products in all the mentioned countries above. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace number to easily track your delivery.
