Exchanges & Returns
In case you decide you do not want to keep certain products, within 14 days of receipt of the order, you may return them to us. To do this, you must contact our Customer Service center (email@example.com) who will explain the return process and applicable conditions to you. Return shipments are only accepted if the original packaging and contents including the label of the product are undamaged. The costs for returns are for your account.
The orders received must be checked for visible defects immediately. In the event of any detected (visible and invisible) defects, you should contact our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) right after discovering these defects. They will explain the return process and the applicable conditions to you. Damaged products may be returned free of charge under the guidance of Wine Wizz Customer Service. We request you simply include a print of the mail in which our Customer Service confirms the return shipment with the return package, so that everything can be processed correctly by Wine Wizz. We advise you to keep the shipping receipt for your own administration.
In the event of damaged or incorrectly delivered items, you can choose to have the amount of the article in question credited or to receive a replacement item. In the event of a damage, we will only do this if the case has been reported at the latest the next working day following the day on which delivery takes place. We therefore expect you to check the package immediately upon receipt for any damages or defects. Replacements can only be sent by our Customer Service if the product is available in stock.
Adjustments of the paid amounts, or returns of paid amounts will be processed as follows:
- iDeal: Within 30 days after receiving your return shipment, the money will be refunded to your account. If an item can not be returned due to damage, for example, Wine Wizz will return the relevant amount to your account within 30 days of the defect.
- Credit Card: Within 30 days after receiving your return shipment, they money will be credited to your credit card.
