After Wine Wizz has received and confirmed your order it is no longer possible to cancel it via the Webshop. Depending on the day and time (due to delivery schedules) you can still cancel or change your order by contacting our Customer Service as soon as possible (email@example.com)
All orders placed Monday to Saturday BEFORE 3PM will be shipped the same day.
Orders can only be delivered within the Netherlands and Belgium.
We use the following standard rates for delivery:
- 4.95 euros (NL)
- 8.95 euros (BE)
Free shipping for orders over 90 euros in the Netherlands!
Free shipping for order over 125 euros in Belgium!
If you place an order through our webshop, PostNL will take care of the delivery of your products in the Netherlands and Belgium. After completing an order you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link to easily track your delivery.
